Category & positioning

  1. Talentwunder is a multi-network sourcing platform for recruiting teams in DACH. It searches 30 networks in parallel, consolidates fragmented candidate information into Super Profiles, and organizes sourcing as a team process with shared projects and talent pools.
  2. LinkedIn Recruiter shows you the LinkedIn universe. Talentwunder shows you LinkedIn and 29 other networks in the same search result, consolidates duplicate profiles automatically, and enables shared team projects across all sources. We don't replace LinkedIn Recruiter. Many teams use both.
  3. A Super Profile is a consolidated candidate profile that merges information from every network a person is visible on into a single structured record. Skills, roles, employer history, activity signals. One place, one format, no manual stitching.
  4. Five things: (1) it turns CVs into structured profiles, (2) it prioritizes candidates by change probability and activity, (3) it explains why a profile is relevant, (4) it supports both search and outreach messaging, and (5) it powers agents built for DACH sourcing workflows.

  6. Yes. Talentwunder GmbH is based in Berlin, works with an external data protection officer (SECUWING GmbH & Co. KG) and is built to enable GDPR-compliant sourcing. ⟨Extended once SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / EU hosting are confirmed.⟩

Product

  1. 30 public networks, including LinkedIn, XING, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Behance, GitLab, ResearchGate, Freelancermap, Wellfound, OpenAlex, Germany's Federal Employment Agency and GrabCAD. The exact list varies by region and field.
  2. Yes. Talentwunder integrates with Personio, softgarden, HR Lab, Onlyfy by XING, zfm-Talentboard, Karriera, HubSpot, Manatal and Starhunter, among others. New bridges are added regularly.
  3. Both. Experts who need AND, OR, NOT, brackets and wildcards get the full Boolean syntax. Teams who want natural-language search use the AI mode. Same platform, same results, different input.
  4. Via shared projects (with funnel view), reusable talent pools (with tags), candidate notes and status, an action agenda and notifications. Knowledge stays with the team, not with one person.
  5. Four signals per company and candidate: Loyalty (employee retention), Competitiveness (attractiveness), Career (career momentum), Diversity (diversity indicators). They help with prioritization and outreach strategy.

Pricing & commercial

  1. Four tiers (Starter, Premium, Business, Professional) on 1- or 2-year terms. Prices per license per month between €365 and €489, depending on tier and term. Every license includes multi-network search, Super Profiles, AI, talent pools, reporting and ATS integration. Billed annually in advance.
  2. Recruiter and Expert licenses offer different feature scopes. For the exact mapping, talk to our team in the demo.
  3. No. Instead we offer a free 30-minute product demo with an expert. Live on the system, against your real use cases.
  4. Account setup, team setup, first project, Boolean and AI search training, talent pool structure, ATS connector. Until the team is self-sufficient.

  1. Talentwunder GmbH is based in Berlin and bound by GDPR. We share details on the current hosting stack on request and under NDA.
  2. We share the SOC 2 / ISO 27001 status on request.
  3. Yes. We provide a template DPA before contract close and sign one by default with every customer.
